Daily Report for June 22, 2011

Not a good day! Had to do extra exercise because I just wanted to eat! However, I am now starting a three day vegetarian metabolism boosting experiment. Thursday 6/23 – Saturday 6/25 I am going to do my best to avoid meat. My primary care physician suggested this. Actually she said no meat or meat products (meat, cheese, milk, etc), but I can’t quite bring myself to that yet. Stay tuned for updates on this little experiment.
