Must Have Cardio App

As my regular readers (yes they exist even though there are so few comments) know, I am trying to lose weight and get healthy. I have found a simple, fun, easy to use app for the iPhone, that will help motivate you and track your progress when it comes to Cardio workouts.

It is iMapMyWalk by MapMyFitness. They make one for each of the following, but from what I can tell, you can log any of them from one app: walking, hiking, running, and biking. Best part of the app is that it is free!!! You can spend a couple bucks for a few extra non-essential features, but I haven’t seen the need to do so yet.

Again, I urge anyone who wants to start walking, running, or other card program to check this set of app out. Available from iTunes.
